How can it be legal or logical for someone to have two "primary" residences? Insurance companies as well as county clerks insist that one must spend at least 180 days per year in a residence for it to qualify as "primary". Otherwise it's a vacation home, or business venture, or some other designation, taxed and insured at higher premiums. At least that is true in our benighted flyover country.
